An alternative to the Olympic grip other then the cross grip is to use straps to mimic the Olympic grip and hold the bar in place.

Thanks everyone. My strongman training takes a couple of hours normally at least 4 with setting things up, helping out the other guys who train with me and such.At least 4 lol.
