Had plans of lifting last evening. But a light fever and cold grounded me. Still a bit weak, but went at it this morning with a basic workout. Not too bad.

Clean and Press
45 x bunch
95 x 7
115 x 4
135 x 5 sets x 3
115 x 2 sets x 5

Squats
45 x 15
135 x 8
185 x 3
205 x 2
225 x 1
245 x 1
225 x 3 sets x 5
185 x 2 sets x 10

Barbell Rows
45 x 20
95 x 10
135 x 5
165 x 3
185 x 1
195 x 2 sets x 5 equaled 5 rep PR
205 x 2 sets x 3 PR for triples

would have gone for a 3rd set of 195 x 5, but the lure of two hundy was too much, so what if it was just triples.

Also, last time I squatted 225 x 5, I weighed 183-184. Today, the scale shows me at 177.4
