Its good to see you changed your title and made a new log, young man. As you walk this journey, your mind is the "flamethrower" to all inner and outside adversity that you may encounter.

The iron is your friend. It will never steal and always give you the real deal. It never befriends you, and is the best friend you will have in this life to aide the very body in which you will walk your entire life with.

There is nothing in this life more beneficial to your physical body than being one, in mind, body, and spirit, with the iron. Don't walk away from the iron when trouble hits, confront it head on. And, you just may find a friend that was always there from the very beginning that will assist you to provide a solution; if you choose to change the way you view things, the things in which you view change.

*weighted pullup strength is down. Need to either lower the bodyweight or up the strength, or both!*

RLESS(SS w/Sets 1-5 of Pullups)-BWx10R, 10Lx5
DB Curls-(SS w/Sets 6-10 of pullups)-5x12

15 min stroll on incline treadmill to finish it off.
