Muscle_G's Single-Ply/Raw Adventures

New training goals calls for a new training log.

If anyone was reading any of my other logs you will know that I was mainly a multi-ply lifter and I done some raw work. Well I have decided to switch to all single ply gear and raw on everything. This is a new atmoshpere to me so please follow along with me on this new adventure of mine. I will start posting my workouts Monday.

Also the meet I was getting ready for this weekend got cancelled, so as of right now I have no meets planned.

Good luck with the new goals.

Hate to hear your meet got cancelled.
Training for it was not a waste of time. You made progress and got stronger. Sets you up to have an even better training cycle this time around. Good luck G!

Good decision George. Raise up that raw strength and it will carry over ten fold to the gear.

Thanks alot Mike. I think raw strength is even more important for single ply gear also. I just hope the hip and glute will hold up.

What's the difference between single and multi ply gear? Other than the obvious of course.

The number of layers the gear has. You'll get a bigger carry over from Multi-ply gear

You should try training in the nude. I hear it greatly increases your testerone production and women close by will spontaniously concieve children.

I will be following your progress, smash weight!!!
