Try squatting like that at the next Raw Unity Meet or a fed that doesn't have bullshit judging which gives you freebies, and see what happens. Shit, even the RPS would give you three reds for that garbage you call a squat.

Rule 5) 200lbs is 200lbs, Don't limit yourself to just your lifts. Being elite in a sport with over 20 feds,several different rules, different classes,different divisions and so many politics doesn't say much in the real world; but being a shitty person makes you a universal asshole in every walk of life.

Rule 6) Misery loves company and miserable people will always try to bring better people down. See RULE 3.

I don't think that you can judge full-depth at all accurately looking at a Video...

Well, maybe if the Camera was exactly 180 Degrees to one Side, Right at the Crucial Depth and focused exactly right...
