EliteFTS had a 40% off sleeves and wraps sale. Purchased some Super Heavy Sleeves 4XL since 5XL fits me but doesn't have enough support (tight on my 18.5 calves tho :/) as well as their normal wrist wrap 80cm (good for warm ups) and their 2.5 meter normal knee wraps which I hope all come in tomorrow before I head off to YORK. I don't need the gear to squat a record, but it would be nice to smash 565 and 585 with room to spare.

Working a double today, 3pm-11pm tomorrow, Friday is off for early morning travel, so most likely will rack up on most of my sleep by then. Hopefully. Planning a water cut from Friday 8pm to Saturday 6:30am, stopping food @6pm (12hours+ empty stomach).

Method of water cutting will be mix between hot box, make shift "hot tub" and sweat blanket (sleep in sauna suit and emergency "MAYDAY" blankets which retain 90% of heat.)

560lbs Squat - 355lbs Bench Press and 665lbs Deadlift = 1580lbs TOTAL in the MENS JR RAW AM 242lbs

(Did a 580lbs squat but it was red lighted from being to all over the place, just gave up the 365 since my narrow grip triceps was done) 27lbs away from pro/raw am elite .
