545x1 *bar came up crooked but good speed and minimal struggle PR
565x1 *PR buried this (on video someone stepped in front of it tho
575x1 *PR! Depth could have been a little better but considering how tired I was and that I walked it out, controled it and did it very fast no struggle, I am good for another 10lbs and the first step to a pro elite total.

Saturday November 10, 2012
Last day of Squats, most likely hit openers: 505-530 range.
Last day of *Bench Press, Pause with 335-365 range...(*Maybe Sunday instead)
