Default UPDATE

Here is what happened Sunday into Monday :

Missed work Monday and Tuesday; got an emergency call in Wednesday so after a 3hour cab ride over a gridlocked bridge made 7 hours; slept over did a turnaround double for 16 hours; slept over and am doing another turn around double for 16 more hours (39 out of 40 for the week; not too bad).

Going to have a fun time with LIMITED shuttle bus and train service getting home tonight; will figure it out. Chances are next training session of heavy Squat and Bench will happen sometime over the weekend once I am fully rested.

Have good resources at work, including a shower; no damages to my home or power outages but still feeling the effects/affects.

Not sure if I will follow through with my competition; at YORK BARBELL, IPA NATIONALS as things stand

Thanks Steve, and thanks the rest of the guys/gals who pass by. Worked 9-5 today too which meant another overnight at work, glad to be home after almost a 3 hour commute scrambling for a train to the bus that gets me near home (the main train I take is still flooded). BIG REST TONIGHT. Max squats and max pause bench press tomorrow with some rack pulls.
