Ravi Bhai, body is responding good. Stephan Korte's 3x3 routine is as he claims (backed by good nutrition) is amazing for form improvement of 3 lifts and muscle growth.

I added endurance because I love doing endurance work as well. I consulted Steve for this and he gave me a green signal.

All and all I am well satisfied with my current routine vis a vis my goals.
