Pretty Boss you are able to triple 495 after a fiver at 475. I have always been the opposite on dead reps, in that I have to do my heaviest reps set, and then descend by 20 lbs but add a rep.

I have also now given up trying to keep pace with the likes of you lol.

Thanks for the support guys, if I can hit 525x2 next week and some big squats and bench, I'll be ready to start tapering my training for the meet.

Yeah I'm confident I have it in me Ravi, thanks!

Fell a rep short of a new squat PR today. I feel good about it for next time though. Looking to hit 445x4 and 455x3 and 465x2 before my meet. If I get those I feel like 500 is basically assured at Nationals.

Stunning work Rando - I would be willing to bet the farm you will hit the 465X2 and the 500 at your meet. And to do that at under 200 lbs of BW makes it even more remarkable.
