Sumo's are easier on the low back for sure. For not having done them before it looked real good. My advice is to go watch what Dan green does over and over.

Thanks everyone, I just got back from a long weekend at the coast, caught a ton of crabs (the good kind), my back is feeling pretty close to normal. I'm ready to get going full speed again tomorrow and make this next 7 weeks of training time count.

Decent workout today, getting back in the training groove. 405 felt good enough conventional. I tried sumo for the first time ever today, so I have a lot of work to perfect them, they felt pretty solid though. I don't really know what I'm doing on them, just imitating what I see the big sumo pullers do.
