Good workout today, wasn't feeling overly great this morning so happy to have finished up strong with back to back to back to back deadlift double PRs.

Lots of strong work man. I always warmup with deficit deads. Not anything heavy, but it really works well to get the right muscles going. What's next after this sheiko cycle?

After week 4, I'm gonna deload for a week, then do sheiko 40 for 4 weeks, it's another heavy work cycle. After that I will do a deload/max week where I go super light monday and wednesday then test maxes friday. Then I'll take those maxes update my spreadsheet, and do the last 3 weeks of sheiko 32, the meet prep cycle. My competition will be the last day of 32, Nov 30.
