Very nice work! I had to watch the squat video twice, first time I forgot to look at you cuz of that lady having issues with the cable station...

The arch didn't take long once I understood it, but it took me forever to figure out what to do for it. Pull your head back off the bench about to your neck or shoulders. That's where I plant my butt, then when I pull myself back on the bench I do whatever I can to keep my butt where it was and start arching and picking up the tension with my legs. Now my butt probably ends up moving about 2 inches but I still get an arch. In my eyes its all about giving your back nowhere to go but up. I also started wearing a belt, which I feel good about and my training partner said he felt really tight with the belt on too.

Back in the gym after being sick on Monday. Kept it pretty simple and light. This is a deload week anyway, so no big loss on Monday's training. I was a bit fatigued still today, just concentrating on recovering all the way by the time training resumes at full speed this coming Monday. Originally I had a vid of the last squat set 355x2, but my phone messed up and I wasn't able to upload it to my channel.
