I am surprised the bar doesn't snag on those loose shorts. Really solid and consistent on those big pulls Randy.

Much appreciated Jim feels so good to finally have some consistency in all of my lifts and form, and yes the shorts get in the way a bit, I've honestly found myself in the gym wishing that I had my singlet on as of late. I'll probably start training in it in a week or 2 into the meet.

Just get some compression shorts like I use on deads & even squats. Mine are Nike Combat. Work a treat - even the crew guys recommended I deadlift in them.

But I feel so cool in the singlet. I'll definitely put that on my list of stuff I need, which only gets bigger even though I keep buying stuff lol.

Solid day in the gym, no spotter so I didn't feel that comfortable going for the pause on top bench, but I felt like it was controlled and form stayed tight. Kicked it up a notch on squats because it's friday and I feel like a squatting machine as of late.
