Actual Weights:
Squat 185,225,265,300 (All reps paused)
Bench 135,165,195,220 (Everything paused except top sets)
Squat 205,245,295

Was feeling a little tired and rundown after benching so I decided to kick up squat session 2 a little and increase the top sets to 295. It was challenging but I got through alright.

Yay for moar squats, which are now consistently good.

I have never really understood the point in paused squats tho. It seems to go against the grain of advice I have always been told which is to get some bounce out of the hole.

My view on it is like this, with going real low and pausing during training, when I hit the platform max weight should take sub max effort. I could be way off, but I know one thing, they make me sore as hell lol.
