Thanks Jim! I can't say enough how much I love Sheiko, the opportunity to improve on form is second to none, as far as any routine I've ever done. If you go back a page, I pulled some 405 singles friday to try and make up for the terrible looking doubles on wednesday. I was pretty pleased with them. I can't wait for wednesday, gonna be testing maxes on all 3 lifts, kinda like a mock meet.

I'm very excited about trying the different cycles especially 37, it is higher volume than 29. After my November meet, I'm thinking about running some simultaneous Smolov for bench and squats. Probably split it into 2 sessions per day or something, haven't done any research on it yet, but I know it gets nasty.

Yup, those singles were much better. I know how a rough day can eat away at you and makes you wanna go correct it asap. It's a sign of a great lifter IMO.

As said in shout box, you're squats are amazing. The depth and pause blows me away eh.
Both bench and squat you also keep control and look strong.. the bar is your slave!
