Thanks guys, I was 181 yesterday, it's going up real slow, but should be easy to get back to 181 for my meet in August with minimal effort.

Amazing work on that front squat, wasn't that ugly.. can see the belt saved you and all, which is awesome to watch.. a very nice grind! Grooowttthhhhhh!

Today was a little rough, bench all went pretty well, had an unbalanced lockout on rep 1 with 225, but all the other sets and reps were solid. Basically, I was just having a rough time dialing in my form on deadlifts today. I watched my first set and tried to drop my hips on all that followed but it just wasn't happening.

Good work Doja! You've always had high hips on deads, although those did seem to be a little higher than normal for you. Dial it in next session.
