Just got my order of Muscle Marinade. Unbelievable, no wonder it has been one of Steve's faves. My bench session was amazing last night. I could feel the power without all the tingles and pumps. Really super impressed. It doesn't taste the greatest, but who cares if it works for me. I really think I have found a permanent solution to which pre-wo is right for me.

I'm glad you feel that way Jim, I honestly got with this company because of how much I liked their products. I practically begged to be a rep lol. I actually just was at GNC getting some protein and passed out a bunch of Muscle Marinade samples to customers, much to the employees dismay lol. You legitimately can't beat it for the money, especially if you get a good deal, full days creatine, 6g BCAA EAA complex, stims , and the vitamins to boot, I love the stuff.

Great workout Ran! Since your meet is fairly soon, will you be changing your routine? I ask cause think you said deadlift only, so will you limit certain exercises and focus on deads and pulling movements to get the most out of your pull? Or just keep doing what your doing and whatever you pull you pull?

My deadlift day has been adjusted, and the addition of shrugs on chest day, I haven't heard anything about them yet, but I don't think I'm getting away with another leg day that doesn't have good mornings either lol.

Thanks Jim they actually felt pretty strong today, and the push pressing to get the extra reps on ohp was a nice challenge and really enjoyable. I think once I go back into building mode im gonna use that a lot more to try and inspire my shoulders to grow.
