Pretty good leg day, just doing work, no real rhyme or reason. Not really trying to push anything before my competition. Got my official registration form and fees in today. Now all that's left is to pull some weight!

Yeah man I was happy with the workout. I was thinking about one thing today though while I was training. My leg extensions are way beyond my leg curls, is that normal, or has it just taken me a long time to realize that I have a big strength imbalance in my legs? If I do have a major imbalance, I wonder how much my squat would go up if I brought my hams up to my quads level. The joys of training alone lol, lets the mind wander sometimes. But then again, that could just be normal to leg curl less than you can extend.

I do way less on curls than extensions, but I have puny legs all around, lol. As far as I know, most people do more with ext., some much more like you. And your squats are strong, so even though I'm no expert and don't have lots of years experience wise, don't think I'd say there's an imbalance. But what the F do I know ??

I don't think extensions are aa good measuring stick of any imbalance. I think the best way to bring up the hammies is to bury some squats and do GHR's. At any rate, I wouldn't worry about details like that before a meet anyway. No Devan to train with today? Getting excited about the meet?

Ok good, It wasn't worrying me or anything I had just never thought about it before. I don't know what Devan was doing today, I talked to him this morning but didn't ask what he had going on. He hit legs this evening I believe, we both said we didn't want to squat this week on monday, so it was a pretty easy workout for solo. We just didn't want to take the chance of somehow tweaking our back or something on squats this week. We are both getting really excited!
