Thanks man me too, Im really happy right now with the routine. I've definitely seen progress in just this first cycle week to week, and I started from a 2 month dead stop plateau. I feel like I still have a long way to go before I'm just trying to grind out prescribed reps too. Just excited in general to see what comes next! Thanks for following along.

Short sweet and to the point. Was a really good workout with a strong money set and a good pump. 1.5 scoops apple Condense worked wonders today.

Thanks a lot buddy, I really gotta give props to Steve and Squatter for helping me to work through some form issues, but now I feel pretty good about where I'm at with it. Now to deload and come back strong. Huge fan of 5/3/1 at this point.

Good strength. First rep on 390 was solid, then you left your hips hanging high. Set that weight down and reset your hips. You are deadliting all lower back.

You'll get it ironed out. The strength is there. Just keep working on the form. It will come.
