Thanks everyone, 18 minutes of step mill today for 205 calories burned. I also ate about 70 extra grams of carbs and a little fat each day this weekend. I weighed in at 179.5 today so gonna slow my weight loss a little in an effort to keep strength up. 2 weeks and 6 days from the meet now.
