Really well done on getting angry for that 2nd attempt Randy - 495 is one helluva rack pull. Man, your going to be pulling 2.5X your BW soon, and that is very strong indeed!

Bench went pretty good, this weight is a little too much for me to be doing doubles with but it's 5lbs below my best bench, so things are going along nicely. The 2 negatives on 275 were nice, I was really able to see where my sticking point in bench is, close to my chest. Overall a pretty solid day at the gym. Fuark my back is sore.

Strong work Randy! Have you considered doing pin presses in the power rack? They may help with that sticky point.

That's something I was going to ask about was improving in that sticky spot. The negatives would come down pretty slow, which I was happy with, then about 4-6 inches off my chest it would just drop. I will definitely look into pin presses! Many thanks!
