Nice work. Congrats on the progress.

Form...Your hips are fine but your arms are bent. You're going to hurt your lower back, and you also risk tearing a bicep pulling like that. Get upright before pulling, arms locks. Try tightening your triceps.

Much appreciated Steve, hips have always been tough for me to get right so im happy they were good, the lift felt natural. The arms bent is a mistake ive made in the past too, but i was able to fix easy, being out of practice has set my form back a bit, but im confident it will only get better from here. Loving ur youtube vids these days, bout to fire one up now and do what i do best, eat.

Almost got a PR today @ 260 on bench, butt came off a bit unfortunately. I don't know wtf happened to this video, skips and audio sync is way off.

3-14 "Conditioning"

Haven't logged a workout in a while, but I assure you I still lift. This is my "conditioning" day, I do this workout on Sunday and Thursday. I know I'm not breaking any records with those chins but honestly I have made a lot of progress on them and am pretty happy, none of that kipping bullcrap lol. Tomorrow will mark 6 weeks of cutting for me, I started around 2800 calories a day and have gotten it around 2650 in these last 3 weeks or so. My current macros are 220-230 Carb 245-255 Protein and 78 Fat. Started Feb 1 at 194 lbs and got to the gym at 186.5 today. This isn't a ton of weight and I actually lost 5lbs the first week and only 3-4 in the last 5 weeks. The mirror has shown enough progress aside from the scale to help me from making any additional rash calorie cuts. Current supplements are Creatine, Xtend, Muscle Marinade, D-pol, Recycle, Anabeta Elite, Alphamine, Recoverpro, Orange triad. Strength has actually been making solid progression, tomorrow I will pull 425 raw and hopefully go for more after that. I will also put up a photo update, as I will be halfway through my projected cutting time.
