Pretty weak day in the gym, friday was the first time doing ez-bar pullovers and my triceps are still ruined today. It made all pressing a nightmare. Just tried to maintain good form and get some stimulation out of the day.

Still quality training that will help you reach your goal.

Devon sure is strong as a bear. Has he considered changing his set up from flat to arched? Get some leg drive happening? Getting tighter to use those back muscles? I think he would be strong as a Grizzly Bear if he did.

Nice job guys. It was hard to tell if your depth was BP or not because of that stripe on your shorts. However, I thought Devon was parallel at best, many above. I think he should lower the weight if he has to to work on getting similar depth to that BW squat just before he approached the bar.

Yeah, I think I was pretty close, LB says I cheated a few. We watched our videos after doing lunges today, and I told him he was gonna need to go deeper. I think he is gonna either drop the weight a little or try that same weight with 2 less reps per set. I'm also gonna let him use my shoes next week and see if that puts him any lower without having to try. Thanks for the input Jim we both appreciate it.
