I got the spreadsheet by recommendation of Linedriver. I do have a smartphone though, I could check out the wendler app for sure.

I keep track of all my logs on my smart phone app's . The Wendler 531 is a nice app, i loaded it before taking this job working on a live aboard boat where I cant do 531 so I deleted it.

I use Jefit to do my logs now as I can create my own routine's as needed and still log it.

Are you trying to keep your upper back tight and flat? Try getting more upright and letting those shoulders come down a bit. It's ok to have a slight upper back rounding. In your case I think it will help.

If that doesn't work come visit. We'll get it straightened out.

You look a little form-locked right now. Relax, find a good leverage point, and stand up. You'll get it.

I was definitely trying to keep my whole back static today. I'll give that a try Steve, thanks. Will purchase plane tickets soon if this doesn't work

3@355 is a strong DL as per my standards ... Try 385*2 and then in next session 400. It might work ...

I appreciate that, it was a bit of a disappointment after doing 8@380 last week though. However my form was not proper last week.
