So here we go...

You have to travel sometimes "off road", to get back on the road that leads to your destination. You are in charge of this road and the vehicle in which drives on it, and you are prepared for this travel because the road is paved in educating your path. During the journey there will be signs in which you will pass, and each one of these are, being fat, feeling lazy, and feeling tired. And, when you are driving past each one of these....still on the paved road, you will never look back (but remember these feelings), and never veer "Off Road" again.

YEA! And you will always rock it!

Peace and happiness to you......

You will do well.......

Good! Ive been waiting for you to start a new log. Subbed and CRUSH it!

I really like the mobility/conditioning work after hitting the weights.

Good going OR! I don't know what some of those things you're doing are. Ever do Jazz Hands? :D

yA, i've been laying low for a little while. Just trying to get stronger, but I also got fat and out of shape again without my son working out with me. That will change now!

Thanks IronWill. It's just a bunch of different agility and sprint techniques. Kicked my butt though.

Will do! I was feeling a bit low about training and just getting further out of shape. I was working on my son's off-season workout for next year and I thought to myself, "Why not give it a trial run-through." At least it will whip me into shape.

Good for you! No doubt it will be interesting and informative seeing you hit your goals in a different way this time around too.

Rock on.
