-Notes-
-been two days since I went to the gym so i believe that the pump shouldn't be an issue with these measurements.
-Never give up. It feels good to look back at this month and see the results that have been made by going to the gym and eating whatever i possibly can with a small budget.
-Although it's only been a short amount of time, I do see my shoulders looking a bit rounder than before

Nice progress WB! Shoulders, arms and chest look much improved. That's how it's done. What's your diet look like? Whatever you're eating, it's spot on.

Thanks for the support guys!

For my diet, i mainly eat whatever is around the house such as ramen (usually 2 packs per meal with steak meat), I usually find myself eating steak meat and rice every other day (not too sure about the calories though).
