Declines 320 x 10x3
Pendlay Rows 250 x 10x3
Back Squats 320 x 10x3
Laterals 42.5 x 12,4,3 RP
Seated Calves 185 x 30,12,12
Hammer Curls 52.5 x 19 SS
OH DB Extensions 85 x 16 SS

Started below capacity on the 10x3's. Have 5-10 pounds left in me on these exercises. May seem backwards to add bicep and tricep work on both days during a cut but I'm doing just one str8 set. Just trying to remind my body that I'm still using my arms so it shouldn't metabolize them for energy

But either way, I think you got it covered. Just a matter of trying to hold onto your strength.
I may be able to work in a little something when my son goes to bed: cardio, kb swings, etc. I know it's not going to help with spot reduction or anything but I'm starting every day with one max set of situps from now on. My abs are weak anyway and I don't have time or energy after lifting sessions to do anything. Maybe it will give my metabolism a kick start while building a little ab strength.

Still keeping the same layout just a strict 10x3 scheme - no volume days unless I feel I need a break from heavier weights and hit a DE or RE session.

Saturday went to the Ren Fest (sat in traffic for 3 hours) and did TONS of walking. Unexpected bonus cardio for a diet day! The transmission to the car we bought 3 months ago from a dealer went out 2 miles from home. Interesting day.

Tonight's workout:

Deadlifts 425 x 10x3
Inclines 205 x 10x3
Chins BW +45lbs 10x3
Laterals, Calves, Bis and Tris (light pump stuff not worth taking notes).

Hope you had a warranty. I had that happen on a 2 month old car I bought while in the Army. I had nothing and got the old shaft.

Pretty impressive lifting after a day like that.

Thanks Steve. I had a 100% warranty for 30 days. We took it back within that 30 days complaining that the trans was acting up and not shifting right at times. The sleezeball service guy looked at it said there was nothing wrong with it and this type of transmission just acts differently etc. 2 months later it quit.

Just drove 1.5 hours one way to the dealer and he completely screwed us. Pretty pissed! If tonight was a lifting night I would kill those weights lol.

Declines 320 x 10x3
Pendlay Rows 255 x 10x3
Back Squats 320 x 10x3
Laterals 42.5 x 12,4,3 RP
Seated Calves 185 x 30,12,12
Hammer Curls 57.5 x 17/18 SS
OH DB Extensions 85 x 18 SS

Stayed the same on most everything except 5 pounds more on rows and a couple reps or a few pounds on hammer curls and tricep extensions. Declines were pretty tough I don't remember if they were as hard last time but rows and squats felt about the same.

That's pretty much my goal is no change in strength over the next 8 weeks while losing about 10 pounds so I'll be happy to make no progress lol.

Not sure why businesses think they can treat people like this and expect them to come back.

Great training as always. Strong and long.

Yeah well this guy was pretty cocky I think just becuz he owns a business he thinks he's powerful or invincible. I didn't bother telling him but I own a business as well...we are an international machine business and we honor people's warranties.

Thanks for the workout comment. Like I said if I manage to make no progress I'll be happy. Very bodybuilder of me but I want that sub-10% bodyfat finally. Strong and long...that's what I'm known for in and out of the bedroom (j/k)

Bam.

I spent 20 years in bodybuilding mode. Nothing wrong with that.
