Tonight was a little tough. Volume sets on BP to Neck were a tougher than last time it seemed. Feeling a little rundown and drank way too much on Saturday to top it off. Think I need a deload and this is week 6 of my planned 6 weeks before a 2 week deload so it pans out ok. Going to Pheonix for a week next week so should be good timing.
