First off, congrats on the weight loss. I am sure was life changing for you. Much respect for making that change.
Good start to the log and good luck with the new program.

I will follow along and am certain we will see a lot of PRs in the near future.

Thanks...Deads are EASILY my favorite, but Im coming off a disk injusry so I basically had to start over several weeks ago with a naked bar and add 22 lbs each workout. I am trying not to rush back in, its hard, but I just got to keep reminding myself...patience, dont need another injury...

Squat.....189 x3x2x2x2x2x2
Bench.....167 x3x3x3x3x2x2

5 min break

Squat (80%) 150.5 x7x6x6
Bench (80%) 134 x8x7x7

Rating 7/10

Squats felt heavy, during the higher rep sets, 1st set was harder than it should have been. Started the second set, it also felt heavy.....I racked the weight, turned off the music, told myself to get my head out of my a$$ and squat. Next 2 sets were killer....I certainly left some in the tank.....
