Thanks guys, I was a little self concious at the start, but after a couple sets of deads, my mind was on the iron, not on my undies.....GREAT freedom of movement, when I get a home gym, I might do the underwear workout all the time !!!

I can tell I am getting better at squats..I really concentrate on my form every one, and they are feeling less awkward every week.

Bench felt heavy, I completed all the reps, but sure felt heavier than last Monday, where I bet I could have easily done 10-15 more pounds.

Next weeks bench working weight will be more than my previous 1RM !!!!!

No blood, I have some pretty big callouses from playing the drums...and the bars in the weight room are so old, almost all the knurling is worn down smooth.......
