Bench.....178 x2x2x2x2x2x2

5 min break

Squat (80%) 178 x6x6x6
Bench (80%) 145 x7x7x6

Rating: 9/10

New PR on the squats......

This was the bench weight I stalled on and did a reset...NO TROUBLE at all with it this time.

Are you using microloading plates or using heavier clips?

I assume you are wondering about the odd weight...the gym had international plates, except for two 45's. so mostly there are 44, 33, 22, 11, and 5.5 lb plates.

My jumps are either 11 pounds for squat and deads, and 5.5 in bench and mil press.

bar = 44
2-45's = 90
2-44's = 88
Total = 222

Cant wait to get my home gym, good ole US pounds for me!!!

Mil Press...110lbs x2x2x1..DONE

5 min break

BB Rows..............NONE
Wide Grip Pull UP x3x2x2
Mil Press (80%).....88lbs x7x7x8

Rating 4/10

Second CRAP workout I have had since I started. last triple on the deads, I had nothing left, mil press, new weight...only 1 on the 3rd set. Got pi$$ed off ended those, everything was going so bad, skipped the rows....THEN a little good creeped in, just for fun, I tried to see if I could do a wide grip pullup, I tried them 6-7 weeks after I started and could not do a one...I hit 3x2x2...I was feeling a little better at that point, hence the 4/10 instead of a 1/10

Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had slept...no exaggeration 14 hours in the last 84. No excuse, just a fact. might of had something to do with it.

ANYWAY, crap one WO only means killer on the next WO !!!

5th workout with 244, but I must confess, I jumped up from 222lbs, 22 lb increase instead of 11, 222 just felt light. Funny thing, in reading Hepburns book, he states the only way lifters fail on his program is by either missing workouts....or by jumping ahead on weight increases...I read this last week, and realized that is exactly what I did.

Tomorrw is scheduled to be 6x3, then increase, but I am not goig to increase until it feels more manageable....or should I just start the 244 cycle over, which is where I would be if I had not jumped ahead???
