This will be my new log, there's is a meet in Jan, so I need to refocus as I am going after a few state records if possible!

today was a good day to feel some heavy weight
without putting too much stress on any tender spots.

back to basics with a new purpose

3 board bench
135-315 warmup
375x3 bench...short band madness
135-225 warm up
435x2...missed the last rep

Ab and accessory work...good day
