Nothing to report today, too many clients and had to get my soon registered for school. Fairly tired but felt better after eating and now rest. Looking to finishup this week, and get a few sessions in with my big brother Monday. Pretty stoked

Shut it down as today was a light day for lower body as well, side note I wanted to over load but want particularly feeling it don't want to push any injuries that may be dormant. Good day to say the least:thumbup:
