Well I'm still riding high from this weekends festivities...but i did manage to start my training for nationals...nothing major just. Oooh and i have not forgot about my write up either!

Deficit deads standing on 4"inch block
155x7
225x5
315x5
405x1
500x1...PR

Block pulls with 40# chain
315x3x5 sets

Think I'm going to start another log to track progress to nationals.
