135x5-7 deep past parallel

Anderson squats
225x3

500x5

Done...

Note: pulled a muscle in my back...cleaning the freaking gym!!! Kinda ticked because guys don't rack weights and I'm not there in the morning to catch the culprits!!!

my back is a but sore but it will be okay...meds with tons of rest!

All felt great, should be down to 2bd next week as I get closer to the meet...loving this!
