Banded shoulder press, triceps pull down
A lot of reps to feel the burn!!!!

This stuff is for the birds...smh

Note: 501 felt good...551 felt like a house, those were a shave high but felt strong enough. Hmmmm....maybe 600 before meet? Not sure but worth the thought. Heavy pulls tomorrow ladies and gents.

Thanks hunter, i planned on going for 575 but after 551...i played it safe, now isn't the tying to test the waters with a crazy idea...lol
