Yesterday I hit my weak points as i didnt want to squat after I rack pulled the day before

Update...Shoulders were bothering me all weekend long due to bursitis so I did...NOTHING...LOL it was so bad to the point that I didnt want to get out the bed...ehhh oh well still got iron to move!

I am about 13weeks out from my meet in Jan, so Im going to take the next few weeks to just really condition my body for the new programming Im writing up. Its already having great results for my high school powerlifter so Im super stoked to see what I will push out!
