Thanks guys, Btb pretty sure fresh you would have beat me! I'm just glad jb did embarrass me!

Squats from yesterday...was supposed to go heavy but body wasn't feeling it, so did conditioning squats!

225x10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1...5 sec pause at the bottom. 55 reps

225x1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10...55 reps

Only two sets, the only rest was the amount of time it took my partner to complete his set. BACK PUMP!!! Sugar was low, I wanted to pass out or maybe I did...either way it was fun!!!
