No, it has been a while since I have followed that method. Though I did enjoy it, I just didn't feel like it suited my goals.

I am currently running Basebuilding By Paul Carter (Lift Run Bang), I will switch over to a peaking cycle as I get closer to my meet.

Nice! I was actually glancing through his BaseBuilding book the other day. Definitely has some good tidbits. That being said, it'd be a serious decrease in volume for me haha

Thanks Swede, the squatting has been feeling great. I haven't even been using sleeves on days when I use the cambered bar. So, I am hoping that means things are going in the right direction haha.

I like the swinging motion and the way the weight is distributed. By like I mean I hate it, haha, and forces me to keep my upper back and core tight.

I have been playing around with squatting multiple times a week so I like the variety. I think if I had a buffalo bar that would be used instead but haven't picked one up yet.
