Well things have changed and I am going to be stepping out of my comfort zone for a little while here.

I just decided to do a Tough Mudder event at the end of October, so I gotta get those running shoes back and start training. I am definitley interested to see how all this running will affect my strength, it will be an interesting experiment.

I play soccer regularly still, so my legs can move. Back when I was skinnier and in high school I ran a 4.5 forty haha, but I only played baseball and soccer so it never mattered much.

It should be interesting, the most I have ever ran was a 5K so 11 miles will definitely be a new challenge.

Great session, my supplemental work was lagging, I think because the squats took a lot of out of me. I think i could have had 10 there, but I didn't want to hit failure so I played it safe.

If I was younger I would probably be all over things like the Tough Mudder.
