Thanks Steve, I think it will work after I get used to it. I don't feel like I am activating my tri's enough to the point where it is useful.

Got in my last workout this weekend. Nothing crazy

Did some light deads, single pull at 315

Light squats, 275 for 3x3

Light bench, 200 for 3x3

Bodyweight this morning is 202.00, 4 pounds will be nothing this week.

Stretching and mobility all week. I am ready.

Started my water loading today, it will go til Thursday so I can make weight and then Friday I'll eat and gain it back.

Got my mono height set, going to have to work during warmups at getting that form down, no biggie though.
