Haha 4x a week will keep a man busy!

Side note: Went ahead and ordered a new pair of wraps, the 2m ones were just too short to get a good wrap by myself so I went with 2.5m APT Convicts since I have heard good things with them.

Thanks OR, felt good but my tri's are sore today.

Going to be bringing my bench grip width in a little bit actually because of this, I don't think I have been activating my tri's enough during my comp bench and it is hurting my numbers.

I moved mine out 2 years ago and have been itching to see how my bench is with my old grip. I assume you're fairly tricep strong like I am?

Definitely tricep strong, and even with that my bench still sucks but just have to keep working on it. Here are my last two workouts, I trained Sunday as I had to leave for Canada for work until last night, instead of on Monday per the norm. Squats today with the new wraps!
