Thanks OR ... I didn't log my other two deload workouts last week, just because I don't feel like going back through and finding the information since it wasn't anythign to write home about.

Getting back at it this week! As of Saturday I am 10 weeks out from the meet.

Thanks guys, gotta be like a machine with my bench press to make progress.

First time in knee wraps again last night, I forgot what a pain that is. Struggled a little bit with them, but being 10 weeks out will give me enough time to get used to them again.
