Thanks OR! I was definitely a little sluggish yesterday but I made it through. I really want some more explosiveness in my squats, but it just isn't coming. I guess as long as the weight goes up smoothly then I am doing okay.

The next two days are going to be brutal because, due to travel again, I need to hit 3 days in a row this week so I don't miss any sessions.

What doesn't kill you though ...

Great job getting it done while traveling, I'm usually a little unsettled in a new gym, doesn't seem to bother you however!
