Shin splints are back today, icing up at work in preparation for a nice squat workout tonight! Complete with, you guessed it, hanging leg raises! Ugh, take me out of my misery please ...

Have you tried the hanging leg raises weighted?? OR suggested that one to me a while back, they are fun!!

Markievicz, I have never done them weighted, I would have to drop my reps because I am dead after doing them now haha.

Fine looking squats Shorts.

I wish I had that setup to squat in. I have always wanted to do bottom position box squats with the weight suspended on chains.

I am very lucky to have the facility I do to train in, it has been great. Funny thing, almost every piece of equipment in my gym has been welded by a couple of the guys that work there, minus one of the power racks and all the Hammer Strength equipment. But that mono was custom made by one of them members and works like a charm.
