Haha yeah when I was struggling towards the top of the lift, I was pulling twice a week with good results! Once it transferred to getting the weight off the floor, I felt a lot more fresh pulling once a week.

Now that I am even heavier, I am hoping that switching it up to actually pulling heavy every other week will lead to the DL going up some more haha. We will see though!

Cut the work a little today, was feeling sore from yesterday and really just wanted to see where my bench was at. Most likely I will be adding in a 4th day to work on some pressing and other weak areas in the upper body. I would love to hit a 350 bench in September, but I suck at progressing with it so we will see where it lands.

Thanks guys,

Markievicz, I would say I have 5 pounds in me right now on top of the 320. I think the biggest issue is I was sore yesterday through my legs and back from my session on Monday. So hopefully when I am a little bit fresher I will have a better idea of where I stand.

I have the video I just need to upload it. I was a little forward on it so I put more pressure I needed to on my back getting out of the hole, but I know that once I straighten it out the lift will be super smooth. Very happy with this.
