This may possibly the best I have ever felt with my squats, I'll have to go way back in my logs to see what my last heavy double was, but it will be close.

Have not had the chance to train much last week and this week is looking like the same, but I will get in my work where I can.

Was in Pittsburgh last weekend, so I got a chance to go up and talk with Ryan Celli while I was training. Got some good words of encouragement and some tips with him.

Thanks markievicz! I want 600 so bad! Haha.

As for getting away from pulling from the floor, I feel that the straight weight is consistently beating me up. Along those lines I haven't been focusing much on speed, so by allowing myself to alternate between the two I think it will help me get the weight off the floor at a much better pace. I have always been the type of person that if I can get it off the floor I can pull it, but those two inches prove to be my downfall most of the time.

I don't feel like I am getting too beat up from pulling off the floor every week, but I feel that it is preventing me from working on my weak spots.

Interesting take on it, I asked as I do all pulls from the floor 3 times a week, although my issues seem to be at lockout from a shitty set up
