Nope, the only time I bench over 300 I was in the 190's, same with all of my lifts actually minus my squat. I have squatted around 405 in the 180's and maybe pulled 500 at that weight but that is all.

Thanks Steve! Had a crappy workout last night, well I would say that it started crappy at least. My squat was not where it should have been, I think due to the amount of running I did this past weekend it put some strain on me.

It's moving well, good speed off the chest. It slows up a little about 3 inches off the chest then when I am close to lockout it speeds up again. I know I have some more in me though.
