No worries, the 445 felt heavy from the squat volume and the dl volume in the warmups. Your doing 2 singles on bench right?

Mike, the 365 x5 was tough, I probably had 1, maybe 2 reps left in me when I racked it. I was definitely surprised at the ease of the reverse band squats, felt nice to have some heavier weight on my back though

Bodyweight this morning was 186.4 ... losing weight and still getting stronger. I am happy about it but I want to maintain this weight if I want to compete in the 181's this year or move back up to the 198's
